Shipping Options for our Golf Products
All orders will be shipped via Australia post and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days from order placement (when overseas these days will vary). We will endeavour to fill all orders however should anything be out of stock or go on back order we will advise via email or by phone.
For deliveries in Australia the cost of a standard package is based on the total cost of the purchases as follows;

Items can be sent via EXPRESS POST additional charge applies and will come up in the shopping cart if you select this option.
NOTE: Express Post guarantee for next day delivery is not guaranteed next day but is much quicker than std postage. Thank you for your understanding.
For all orders that cannot fit into standard Australia Postpacks (standard envelope, 500gm, 3kg, or 5kg packaging) we will notify the buyer and discuss if they wish to have their purchased sent via registered mail.
Some shipments may need to be individually quoted at the time. Registered Mail an extra if requested $5
All domestic purchases incur GST.
For international deliveries a freight cost will be advised based on receiver address, country and weight of the package. Packages can either be sent via Air Mail or courier. Unless the shipment is by signed courier the overseas shipment can not be guaranteed.
Distinctive Golf offers its customers product that is both unique and quality. We offer a 30 day return policy guarantee. If not happy for any reason you will be able to exchange it for something else in the range of equivalent value provided the item is returned in its original condition. You only need to send an email to us with your request, we will provide you with a return authorisation number and the goods need to be sent back. NOTE: Cost of return freight is at the customer's expense and freight back to you the customer will be charged at the current shipping rates or most cases reply paid envelope is required to be sent with the returned products.
To receive our money back guarantee the item purchased must be returned in original condition with its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. The cost of sending the item to you is deducted from any refund and sending the item back is at the customer's expense.
We also offer a replacement warranty for faulty goods due to manufacturer error. This does not apply to goods that have been damaged due to misuse. This warranty will be for 30 days. All returns are subject to inspection and approval. Defective product will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. Email us should you believe you have such product.
All product is shipped in perfect condition from our office. We make every effort to ensure the product is adequately packed for distribution. We do not accept any responsibility for damaged caused while in transit. If a product has been damaged through delivery please take a photo of the damage and forward this to us via email. Once assessed we will contact you to see how we may be able to assist you with a new product, or direct you to the carrier chosen for the delivery.
